About Us
Blackcinated.org is a joint venture run by two organizations in the Lincoln Park area of Duluth, Minnesota with goals to help strengthen the community.
Family Freedom Center seeks to empower the Black community by reconstructing socio-cultural narratives and unapologetically embracing what it means to be Black, both historically and present day. Family Freedom Center will do this by facilitating culturally specific and inclusive spaces aimed to engage, empower, and educate community members in Duluth and the broader Twin Ports area.
The mission of the Licoln Park Resource Center is to create stable, vibrant, and healthy communities by developing, financing, and operating affordable, program-enriched housing for families, seniors, and people with special needs who lack the resources to access quality, safe housing opportunities.
